1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LifeROI: FIRE Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LifeROI is a personal finance planning application that provides:

• FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) retirement simulations using Monte Carlo methods
• Multi-phase financial planning tools
• Inflation-adjusted savings tracking
• Memory Dividend journaling features
• Scenario comparison tools and financial calculators

3. Financial Disclaimer

LifeROI is for simulation and educational purposes only. The calculations, projections, and results provided by the App are mathematical simulations based on assumptions you enter. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Past performance of any investment is not indicative of future results. Monte Carlo simulations and other projections involve significant uncertainty. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified and licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

LifeROI offers optional paid subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Monthly and Annual plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are set in your local App Store currency and may vary by region.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's standard terms apply to all transactions.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of LifeROI is limited to 1 non-persistent scenario and 1 Memory Dividend entry. A subscription is required to access additional scenarios and features.

6. User Data & Local Storage

All financial data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or purchase mechanisms
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App

8. Intellectual Property

LifeROI and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the App's simulations or projections.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is registered.
